An easy-to-use and intuitive app for a large group of employees without company email addresses was launched in Janury 2024.
Mowi was given the ability to reach all employees at once, from the production floor to the office. In the first 3 weeks of launching the application, almost 1,000 employees downloaded it.
In the FirMowi application, employees receive personalized information, depending on the position they hold, and have access to the AI Assistant, which answers various questions regarding company matters.
Mowi employees rated the FirMowi application 4.7/5 in a survey.
